For the days you’re running low on PointsPlus values, here are 12 fabulous meal ideas to keep you well-fed.

Need some bargain-basement meal ideas? Here are a dozen super-fast, super-satisfying recipes with a PointsPlus value of just 3 or fewer. Enjoy them as breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. They definitely don’t feel like rabbit food.

Spiced Banana Smoothie
Combine 1/2 large ripe banana, 1/3 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt, 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg, 2 tablespoons of skim milk and 3 ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth PointsPlus value: 1.

Mango Drink
Combine 1/3 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt, 1/2 fresh medium mango (chopped) and 2 tablespoons of skim milk in a blender; blend until smooth PointsPlus value: 1.

Deli-Style Roast Beef with Steak Sauce

Blue Cheese Dip with Vegetables
Dip 1/2 cup of grape tomatoes and 1/2 cup of raw broccoli florets into 2 tablespoons of reduced-calorie blue cheese dressing PointsPlus value: 1.

Cut half a medium apple into two 3/4-inch-thick slices; spread 2 teaspoons of honey-roasted peanut butter between them PointsPlus values: 2.

Portobello Pizza
Coat both sides of a large Portobello mushroom cap (stem removed) with olive oil cooking spray. Grill (or broil) over medium heat until tender, about 6 to 8 minutes per side. Fill inside of mushroom cap with 2 tablespoons of prepared pizza sauce and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese; cover grill and cook (or broil) until cheese melts, about 1 to 2 minutes. Fillet of Sole with Spinach and Parmesan Crumbs
Preheat broiler to high. Coat a small pan with olive oil cooking spray; place a 3-ounce flounder or sole fillet in prepared pan and top with 1/4 cup of cooked, well-drained spinach.
